The Empowered Teen Program
A signature program designed to help teens build confidence, clarity, and lifelong habits for success.
Over 12 weeks, teens explore who they are, what they want, and how to create meaningful change—step by step. Each 60-minute session includes a short pep talk, interactive activity, reflection, and a weekly action challenge.
Program Flow:
- Weeks 1–2: Identity — Know Yourself to Grow Yourself
- Weeks 3–4: Goals — Dream It. Define It. Do It.
- Weeks 5–6: Action Plan — Small Steps Create Big Change
- Weeks 7–8: Accountability & Connection — Find Your Circle, Fuel Your Fire
- Weeks 9–10: Self-Care & Balance — Rest Is Fuel, Not Failure
- Weeks 11–12: Growth & Celebration — Keep Growing Forward
By the end of the program, your teen will:
- Understand their strengths and identity
- Build consistent habits and routines
- Strengthen confidence, focus, and motivation
- Create a vision for their next chapter

Mini Coaching Series
A fun, high-impact introduction to confidence, focus, and balance.
Perfect for teens who are ready to reset and rebuild momentum. This 3-week workshop gives students practical tools for motivation, structure, and mindset—led by Coach Beth.
Program Flow:
- Week 1: Confidence & Self-Awareness — “Know Yourself to Grow Yourself”
- Week 2: Habits, Focus & Motivation — “Dream It. Define It. Do It.”
